DESCRIPTION:

Paracetamol or acetaminophen: is a non-opioid analgesic and antipyretic agent used to treat fever and mild to moderate pain. It is a widely available over-the-counter drug sold generically.

Pseudoephedrine HCl: is a direct-acting sympathomimetic drug, primarily an alpha-1 adrenergic agonist, that causes potent vasoconstriction, making it useful as a nasal decongestant, mydriatic (pupil dilator), and to treat hypotension. Key properties include its ability to constrict blood vessels (increasing blood pressure and systemic vascular resistance), leading to a potential reflex bradycardia (slow heart rate) and mixed effects on cardiac output, all while being a white crystalline powder with a bitter taste when in its hydrochloride salt form.

Diphenhydramine HCl: is a first-generation antihistamine that works by blocking H1 histamine receptors, reducing allergy symptoms like sneezing and itching, and also has anticholinergic effects to dry up secretions, making it great for colds and hay fever.
