DESCRIPTION:

Swagra is the trade name of Sildenafil Citrate, an agent used as impotence therapy in males.

Swagra inhibits phosphodiesterase type (5) (PDE5) which causes breakdown of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) in corpus cavernosum. The increase in cGMP results in the relaxation of smooth muscles in corpus cavernosum and in the inflow of blood, thereby enhancing the effects of nitric oxide.

INDICATIONS:

Treatment of male erectile dysfunction.

DOSAGE:

Usual adult dose:

The recommended dose of Swagra is 50 mg taken as needed 1 hour before sexual intercourse. Swagra may be taken from 0.5 to 4 hours before sexual intercourse and may be increased to the maximum of 100 mg or reduced to 25 mg according to effectiveness and toleration.

The maximum dosing frequency recommended is once per day as needed.

Storage Conditions:

– Keep the medicine in a dry place at a temperature below 30 °C.

– Keep the medicine out of the reach of children.

– Protect the medicine from direct sunlight.

– Do not use Swagra tablets after expire date.
